Visibility / Access levels

All through the Admin Panel, your are able to configure the visibility or access level of certain items. For instance, you can determine what type of visitors may download a certain file.

There are three type of visibility / access levels in USM. That way we can keep it simple.

All visitors

All visitors of your website will be able to see / access this item. They don't have to login to see it, so be sure that it is okay for the whole world to see this.

Logged in users

Users that logged into the website will be able to see / access this item.

Administrators

Certain users can be administrators. Sometimes certain items may only be visible to them

For simple websites, administrators are the only users that can log in. In that case, the access levels logged in users and administrators are practically the same.
